Volunteer Schedules

Here are the FINAL Volunteer Schedules. The fastest way to see what shifts have been assigned to you is via the “Shifts by Last Name.” The other documents show all the volunteers for each shift so you can see who you’ll be with during your shift.

For Shuttling, we need only six drivers each day – this is to shuttle the players from the parking lot to the practice facilities.

For the Spotters role, we’re providing Spotters on Holes #13, #15, #16. These shifts are an estimation as to when the players will get to those holes.

The following are the scoring shifts. Remember: Friday and Saturday, the scorer will take his/her personal golf cart and ride along with the players for either one set of nine holes or all 18-holes. The starting hole is noted in RED at the top of the column (either #1 or #10) so if you’re starting your shift in the middle of the round, please pay attention as to whether you will be reporting to Hole #1 or Hole #10.
